Tej started Investmate after watching too many families — his own community included — get sold property instead of guided through it.
He leads strategy and research: the frameworks, the numbers, and the discipline to reject a deal that doesn’t fit. His rule is simple — if it isn’t right for your future, it isn’t right, however good the pitch sounds.
Khushi Sodha

Khushi is the person our extended family actually talks to. She translates strategy into plain language and sits beside you through inspections and negotiations.
